Last time I had an issue like this, I was told to generate a report, click the blocked pages and request a level change. Nothing is showing up in the report, so I can't request a change...

Steel,
Thanks for the good details in your post! I would start by upgrading from 2.8.12b38 to 2.9.1.

Do you have any idea what browser was being used?

I haven't seen that reason for a block. So I'll check on that and post here if I learn of something different that needs to be done/tried.

Steel,
Are you sure that you are/were signed into the Covenant Eyes® software on that Mac? That's what that Detailed Block Reason was pointing at.

@RobertB; Yes, I'm sure I was signed in. I suspected that might be an issue, so I took screenshots to document. I also manually signed out and back in to troubleshoot, and the problem went away. I suggest a more helpful error report, like "No user is signed in to Covenant Eyes at this time." or "Please sign in using the Covenant Eyes app to continue."
I will check into updating shortly; this is basically the only computer I use daily.
I would expect the app to self-update ... is it not set up to do that - and if not, how often do I need to check for updates?

... say, do you guys need help with documentation or otherwise? I'm actually looking for a new job, and I seem to be posting regularly with detailed test-related posts ... I have experience in software testing...
