Hey Robert,

Technically the best way to get our application is through the Google Play Store, but there is another option available to you.

If you browse to www.covenanteyes.com/droidtest in your internet browser you can manually click the link to download the app. (this requires you to allow your Android device to install apps from unknown sources in your security settings in order to proceed however)

It is important to know however that if you choose to go without a Google account, there is no way to verify any applications that you install onto the phone. Google takes the time to verify any programs that are submitted onto the Play Store to ensure that they are not malicious. A Google account also allows you to receive automatic updates to your applications. Since Google technically owns and created the Android platform, it is designed to be used hand in hand with a Google account.

Hopefully this is helpful.
