Hey everyone! I'm part of a college ministry group that's been supporting students with access to CovenantEyes through our community account. We need to have the alumni taken off and get started with personal accounts. What's the most effective way to do this? Steps? Thanks!
In this case, the best thing to do would be to 1) let the alumni know a change is coming and then 2) call our Customer Service Team at 877-479-1119. A member of that team will go over things and help you achieve the goal you have in mind.
