How to set someone else up as admin to prevent uninstall.

I am the purchaser of CE, but am the one who needs to be held accountable. I realize that even though I'm the admin that if I try to uninstall CE it will send a notice to all my accountability partners. I would like to set my spouse up as the admin so that only she will be able to uninstall it from our computer. Is there a way to do this? Or will I have to add her as a user and then transfer everything from there?

Hello Raymond,

Great question, we appreciate your desire to be held accountable! Probably the easiest way to accomplish this is to call into our Customer Service. If you could give us a call when both you and your spouse are available that would be the easiest. What we will first have to do is verify that you, as the present admin, want to hand over admin responsibilities to someone else. Then we can speak to your spouse and add a username and password to the account so that they are now the admin. We can then finally make you a restricted user, which means that you will not have access to the uninstall code.

It's a very quick process and it will allow your spouse to ask any questions that they have about being the admin. Our Customer Service can be contacted at 877.479.1119.

Best regards,
