Are screen images captured at a set rate of time? I ask because I've noticed there are days when I know the device was used for hours but there were no screen captures in the report for that time frame. Example, last Wednesday morning when the report arrived in email, it showed no screen shots at all for Tuesday morning. I'm wondering if there is a way for the individual to log out or do something to prevent monitoring of the device. I've gotten no report of any attempt to uninstall and I thought if he logged out that he would have no internet access. Perhaps a better question might be how many screen shots are included in the email report because perhaps if the device was used for several hours that day... CE only sends a sample of screens shots, but still at least some should come from the hours he was on the Mac for that day.
