I have a Galaxy Book 2 that is running Windows 10 64x with an ARM processor but I can not install CE and have to use a competitor to have accountability on this device. is there a way to get it installed on my device so that it works?

John,

Thanks for asking. You're right, CE should easily install on a Windows 10 64-bit device. If the machine is 32-bit, then Screen AccountabilityTM is not going to work.

The first thought that comes to mind is an overly aggressive security program. Or some type of digital protection on the data network or the router. But let me ask you this, are you getting an error code, a pop-up message, some indicator of what's happening/not happening?

Happy to dialogue here, but if you need quicker assistance, then please call 877.479.1119 and a member of Customer Support will take care of you.

it says, It looks like you are running a 32-bit version of Windows.
Covenant Eyes Screen AccountabilityTM will not run on this device. but i know im running 64-bit operating system could it be because of the snapdragon 850 ARM processor.?

Thanks, John.

Usually that message, or rather, the program behind it, is pretty accurate. So let's double-check.

Start by right-clicking your Windows start button.
Then, in the pop-up menu, click System.

A new window will appear and you need to see this:

If you don't see that, then the message is correct.

If you do see that, then I have two suggestions:
 1) Double check for parental controls and/or a security program. It might've changed something "under the hood" that makes CE think the machine is 32-bit.
 2) Uninstall any part of CE that did get installed, reboot the device and try installing once more.

If things are still stuck, let me encourage you to call 877.479.1119. The Customer Service team is available until 11:45 pm (EST), Monday - Friday. Tell the rep about this post, and go from there.
