Well, the steep downward slope of quality at CE (the app as opposed to the top-shelf customer service), has after 9 years come to the point to where it's time to say goodbye forever. It's sad that it has come to this. But the problems and bugs are just to many to bear with. Not to mention that CE and Macs just don't work together! I can't count how many totally clean websites I have been unable to sign up with because of CE! How it has rendered my brand new MBP nearly inoperable and lost me hundreds of hours of work! You guys have all completely TANKED as an app but yet continued to set the standard for customer service. However, all the thousands of men I have recommended to CE over the years as a certified biblical counselor... no longer can I do so with confidence! Sad, just very sad. Maybe in the future when CE decides to invest in great software developers and software once again I will return.
