Filter Guardian Help

Hi, I am having a problem where the person who I assigned as my Guardian is unable to view/set the filter settings on my account. Is there anyway I could reset my account, or possibly just add him again?

Hello Blake,

Thank you for your post! The filter settings can be a little difficult to find for the first time. Make sure your Filter Guardian is logging into our website with his username and password, clicking on 'Manage Users' and then clicking on the filter shield below your name. From there he should be able to adjust the filter settings. 

You can try re-adding your Filter Guardian onto the account, but if he's already on the account it's possible he won't be able to accept the invite. I would also make sure he's logging in with the correct username and password. A filter guardian should have separate login credentials from a user so the filter settings are not accessible by the user.
