Facebook and Twitter show up on my accountability report as being visited every day.  The problem is, I deleted those accounts before I started using Covenant Eyes and have not visited either site even once since then.  Nobody else uses my computer.  Why am I getting these false positives?

Hey Charles,

Generally speaking, if an object in your accountability report is tagged as "Visited" that means it has been verified to be the actual page visited. I am not aware of any times where this is not the case, although there is always the possibility of a bug.

However if the object shows up as "accessed/unconfirmed/supporting" it is entirely possible that there was a Facebook link/share button on a page that you visit regularly. At this point, Covenant Eyes is just detecting that the link was there, but is not flagging it as the primary page content.

If you still have questions about your report, I would recommend giving our Customer Service Team a call @ 877.479.1119. They cannot open up your report directly, but they can look at what versions of Covenant Eyes you are using and help diagnose what is happening.
