(Solved) El Capitan (beta) changes break Covenant Eyes

Hey Guys

As you may know, the beta (test) version of El Capitan, the upcoming operating system for Mac, was made available to the public yesterday.

Unfortunately, this most recent version of El Capitan contained several changes from previous developer versions, and that means Covenant Eyes is not currently compatible with El Capitan for Mac.

The good news is, we’re hard at work on a fix! If you’re interested in helping us test out a compatible version of Covenant Eyes, leave a comment here.

If you still choose to test out the El Capitan beta, you will need to uninstall Covenant Eyes. You will not be able to reinstall Covenant Eyes after you have switched to the beta version of the Mac operating system.

I would like to help with this.  I am a little behind on technology so maybe this would be a good thing for me to learn more about the services Covenant Eyes offers :)

Sure, willing to help. I have not installed El Capitan yet.  I may need your help for testing, as well since I'm not so good with computers.  Thanks.

I was very frustrated when I updated to El Capitan and everything was locked up because of covenant eyes. I would love to help as soon as you have a beta out.

Quick update on this thread. El Capitan was released by Apple yesterday, 9/30/2015.

Covenant Eyes for Mac v2.8.4 and later are compatible with El Capitan. If you choose to upgrade to El Capitan, you will want to ensure that you have Covenant Eyes v2.8.4 or later installed prior to completing the upgrade.
