Duo mobile

I was enjoying the be CE update and the VPN monitoring across all apps. Apps already on my phone now direct to CE browser when I click links within apps. However I recently had to install Duo Mobile on my phone for work. This app has browser capability (not required for its main purpose) and it does not redirect to the CE browser like other apps. I can’t delete it since I need it for work. In addition, CE does not appear to be reporting on browser activity within that app. Is there anything I can do? Temporarily I have turned off cellular data for that app, but there’s no way to restrict me from turning it on again.

Julian,

Thanks for asking! I haven't seen this yet, so let me ask a few questions.

1) What made you think CE is not reporting on browsing activity in Duo Mobile?
2) Who can make changes to Duo Mobile, you or IT?
3) What model is the iPhone?
4) What phone service are you using?
5) Does the problem occur on wifi or data or both?
6) Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Covenant Eyes app?

Thanks again for reaching out, I look forward to your answers.

Robert

1) I think the problem solved itself. I was looking for activity in the main part of the report, but I took a closer look and noticed the “Other Apps” section of the report. I see activity from the Duo app there, although the report info is not as detailed.
2) I can make changes in Settings
3) 7
4) AT&T
5) Only noticed on data
6) I have not tried this yet
