Thank you for asking.

On a computer, Mac or Windows, you might have to clear the cache/history, to get those blocks to kick in. And, if you have another blocker/filter, you may need to choose between Covenant Eyes® and the other blocker. Because, when it comes to blockers, more is not always better. One other possible reason for the block failure might be malware. If you haven't recently run a scanner, like the free version of Malwarebytes, I would encourage you to do so.

Blocking is a little different on mobile phones. On an iPhone®, the Covenant Eyes® app is the only place we can provide our filtering. Outside of our app, you'll need to use Apple's built-in tool (Content Restrictions) in the Settings app. Open up the Settings app, select Screen Time, and then you'll find the Content Restrictions area. You can go to this page for detailed instructions and/or our video tutorial.

On an AndroidTM phone, the Covenant Eyes® app will direct all traffic through the servers of They are providing a filtered connection to the web and should be blocking access to pornographic content.

The other thought that comes to mind is the fact that some domains are only blocked when a combination of domains are put on the block list. If you think that's the case for you, then contact Customer Support for help with that. You can call 989-720-8000 or use Chat Support. Any member of the team will be happy to help you!
