DNS issues

Ever since installing covenant eyes (after not having it for a while), I am getting A LOT of errors.Most of them say somethig about DNS not responding or something of that naure. It all of the sudden gets like this after working for a while-then it just stops working and i can't get on anything unless i restart or just wait...
I also can no longer use google from chrome at all-
 " The www.google.co.il page isn’t working

www.google.co.il didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

Google  works fine on microsoft edge though...
Any ideas?

I am having the same "didn’t send any data" error, but in every browser not just Chrome. I have CE 7.2.20. If I sign out and then sign back in, it works for a few minutes and then reverts to the error. Seems to be DNS related. Other machines w/o CE work just fine.
