Thank you for contacting us! The dmp files are dump files. These files are a result of the Covenant Eyes software crashing. When Covenant Eyes crashes it creates a log of why and how Covenant Eyes crashed. Typically, after the software crashes the user is asked if they would like to save a dmp file so the user can then send that file to our support team.
