I've reinstalled to see if it would fix the problem, but I looked on my computer today, and it in the system tray, it said I was signed out. However, I can still browse the internet fine, and the reports are not being logged. Didn't know if this was a bug or not.
If you able to browse online freely while Covenant Eyes states that it is signed out then it is indeed a bug, especially if online activity is not being recorded. Usually, such an issue is system-specific, and could occur from a variety of causes: a failed install/upgrade, incompatible software (think antivirus or competitor software), insufficient hard disk space, etc.
Your best and probably quickest option for resolution would be to call our customer support line at 877.479.1119 (U.S. and Canada) or 989.720.8000 (international), or e-mail our customer support team at email@example.com. The reason for this is that an online forum medium is generally slow and inefficient at information gathering, and I can't guarantee that I will be the only one responding to this thread-you may be messaged by another Covenant Eyes employee.
