I have downloaded the new update, but the program is encountering a problem which prevents it from starting the program. I have tried restarting the pc, still encounter error. Tried reinstalling the program, still won't work.
I'm not completely sure this is the issue you're seeing, but we've been having some users experiencing an error message that mentions that CovenantEyesProxy.exe failed to start. If I'm correct, your best option would be to call our Customer Support line at 877.479.1119 (within U.S.) or 989.720.8000 (outside U.S.) for assistance. Our Customer Support Representatives have access to an experimental build that has been reliably fixing that issue for our users, and they can assist you in installing that on your machine.
