I am a beta tester, with a Samsung Galaxy s7edge. When I go to open the app and when my phone restarts, I receive the notification that Covenant Eyes Keeps Stopping.

Any help would be amazing so that I can get my app lock back! Thank you!

If the app locking is causing problems you could use Norton app lock and covenant eyes for accountability reporting only. Not sure if this will solve your problem but it is what works on my device.

Hello Justin Jennings,
Thanks for posting in this forum and for being a Covenant Eyes beta user! I recommend uninstalling Covenant Eyes, checking for conflicts, and then re-installing Covenant Eyes:

Uninstalling Covenant Eyes on Android:
  1. Click on the Covenant Eyes application to open it
  2. Choose the option titled "Uninstall"
  3. Covenant Eyes will then send a notification to your Accountability Partner, alerting him/her that you have uninstalled                                                                                                                                                       >NOTE: If you don't have uninstall permissions, the Covenant Eyes app will ask for your Account Administrator's username and password before uninstalling
Check for conflicts:
  1. Exclude Covenant Eyes from Power Saving Mode
  2. Remove Verizon Family Safety, Verizon Safe Wi-Fi, or any phone provider app using a VPN
  3. Remove screen tinting applications (Blue Light Filter, Twilight, f.lux)
  4. Remove task killer, cleaning, antivirus, or battery saver applications

Re-install Covenant Eyes:
  1. Go to the Google Play app
  2. Search for "Covenant Eyes"
  3. Download the Screen AccountabilityTM beta version                                                                                                    >NOTE: You must be enrolled in Covenant Eyes Google Play testing program

I hope this helps,

Syd
