Covenant Eyes tells me to go to accessibility and turn Covenant eyes on, but after a while it automatically turns off. Also isn't it easy to just turn covenant eyes off by turning the accessibility off. Please help because I do love the idea of this app and will need it
Thank you for your post! Unfortunately, we are not the only company that are experiencing issues with accessibility getting randomly disabled. Essentially any app that uses accessibility is having the same problem. This is a know bug within Android that we cannot directly control. Something that may help with this is turning off battery optimization for Covenant Eyes.
1. Go into your Settings app 2. Inside of Settings do a search for 'Battery' or you might have to go under Device Manager to locate Battery. 3. The search should direct you to the Battery Settings screen. On this screen scroll until you see the heading 'Unmonitored Apps' 4. You will then need to tap on 'Add App', tap on the Covenant Eyes app that appears in the list, and then tap 'Done' in the top right corner to save the changes.
