Covenant Eyes issue on Work Computer

I was using Screen Accountability beta on my work computer. Last week, I restarted my computer for the first time in a while. When it was booted up and CE was running, I could no longer access my company intranet page that I need to do my job. I can access other internet sites without issue. I discovered through my IT department that the DNS server was incorrect and that something (presumably CE) was forcing it. I had to sign out of CE in order to access my work intranet. Now I have installed the latest version of CE and the issue persists, even after rebooting. And now I can't sign out anymore. If I can't get a solution I will have to uninstall CE on this computer. I don't understand how this wasn't an issue until last week.

Hello Julian, that would be our blocking service under screen accountability. To implement that blocking, we need to set the computer's DNS servers to for ipv4 settings and ::6 for ipv6 settings.

I also do not know why it only started becoming an issue last week-it should have occurred immediately after you switched to screen accountability. In any case, you will unfortunately want to remove the blocking service from your username on your computer altogether. I can't see a scenario where we would be able to implement blocking without controlling the DNS settings on a computer.

I'm sorry about the issue! Let me know if you have any further questions!
