Covenant Eyes Crashes After Computer Sleep

I have Covenant Eyes version 7.2.11 and it will run fine until I shut my laptop or lock it. After the computer starts up from sleep mode covenant eyes shuts down and disables the internet. I have zero access to any webpages, even the covenant eyes dashboard is unavailable. Usually I get a bad connection error message (Empty response message: This webpage did not send any data) but its not my wifi or my computer. It will not go away unless I restart my computer or log out and log back into Covenant Eyes. When I do log out though the internet will typically only work for about 15 minutes before the problem comes back. So the only solution is to shut down the computer and restart, after that I need to make sure the computer never EVER sleeps in order to insure that Covenant Eyes will continue to work. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling the program and that hasn't changed a thing. I don't have permission to install the program under my accountability so Its not like I can do that after every update. Every new Covenant Eyes update should automatically uninstalling any updates that conflict with it if that is the issue. Lastly, I have tried to use the Covenant Eyes refresh button, but I don't really know why it exists because it literally is just for show. It doesn't actually do anything to refresh the program or your computer. There are just so many issues with this program and updates only come out like once every three months. This is all very frustrating.

Also: Upon sign in Covenant Eyes gives the selection box to keep you signed in... This also has never worked. I check the box EVERY time I log in, and EVERY time after my computer sleeps I have to sign in again.

Hi Garrett,
     I'm sorry you're having such a frustrating time with our software! The issue you are experiencing seems to be unique, or at least, it is presenting itself in a unique way. If you are willing to call into our Customer Service line (877-479-1119, available Monday-Friday 8AM-12AM EST and 10AM-6PM on Saturdays) someone would be able to troubleshoot with you in depth to figure out why you're having such a hard time getting the software to work. This would also give us the information we need to pass along to the developers so they can find where the issue is occuring.

Hi Garrett and Samantha,

This is the same problem I am experiencing. It works fine until computer is shut down or goes into sleep mode. On restart or wake up there is no internet. Computer says internet is connected fine but no information on browsers etc comes through. I restarted it 6 times this morning and it was only on the 6th restart did the internet work.I have gone out and the computer has gone to sleep I just woke it up and again no internet. These problems have only started since installing CE 2 nights ago. I noticed your post was posted a month ago. Did you find a solution?
