Covenant Eyes causing problems with NetBeans IDE

Hey! So for one of my classes that i'm taking we are required to use the NetBeans Java IDE. For the most part it works just fine however there are few issues that have just recently been brought to my attention. Apparently Covenant Eyes is blocking all network connectivity within NetBeans. This means that it can't update, and more importantly I can't use any of the remote Git features. I'm required to use github for my projects. I've been working on ways to get around this problem but its been causing me a lot of trouble. Any help would be appreciated!

I should mention I'm using the latest version of covenant eyes (only accountability no filtering) on Windows 10. I uninstalled covenant eyes temporarily to make sure that it was actually the culprit (which it was). If you need any other information let me know!

Edit: So it would appear after I reinstalled Covenant Eyes that now NetBeans is working properly. I'm not sure what the problem was but as long as its working now thats all I need. I'll update this if something changes.

Thanks,

Chris
