Conflict with Ellucian

My college uses Ellucian to manage most of their enrollment and registration services, but when I try to enroll for classes and the like, Covenant Eyes causes a strange issue. Rather than blocking the site completely, it reroutes me to the Ellucian login page (which I do not have a login for). It is a very strange issue, but it seems like Covenant Eyes causes a lot of strange conflicts with my school's online environment and other services (Canvas). However, this is what convinced me to ask for help because it is a somewhat major issue.

Hello William,
Thank you for posting! I apologize that Covenant Eyes is interfering with your college websites. Are you a Covenant Eyes filter user? If so, I would suggest adding your college websites to your Allow List. Here are the steps for adding websites into your Allow List:

1. Go to covenanteyes.com
2. Select Log In to My Account from the top right-hand corner
3. Sign-in with your Covenant Eyes UN / PW
4. Select Manage Users
5. Select Filter
6. Select Block/Allow List from the Filtering tab at the top of the screen
7. Add your school's websites to the Allow List
8. Refresh Covenant Eyes on your computer

This link to a support article may also be helpful: http://www.covenanteyes.com/support-articles/how-do-i-allow-a-website-through-the-filter/

I hope this is helpful for you,

Syd

Issue Resolved!
I whitelisted the school domain and the specific url (just to be sure), and that solved the issue! Thanks for your help!
