Computer Not sending screenshots (windows)

when I left click on the Covenant eyes icon in the corner, the bottom bar should say "XXXnumber of screenshots..."  but instead it only says "Analysing" .. on my accountability reports there are no screenshots from my laptop, only from my mobile phone. Could you please look into this...

Thanks for reaching out, I appreciate your concern. Let's start with the basics:

- Are you using the latest version of Covenant Eyes for Windows? The version number should be displayed right above the screenshot counter you are viewing. As of today, 8.1.35 is the default download.
- If that's not the version your computer is running, then, to be on the safe side, uninstall the old one before installing the newest version.
- Are you seeing any error messages from Covenant Eyes (CE) or from your computer?
- Is the computer a personal device or a work device?
- Does your computer have an antivirus/security program? If so, it may need to be configured so that compatibility is maximized. I have seen a few security programs act very aggressively and consider CE a "threat,"  so that they hamper the CE program. That's not too hard to overcome because you, as the device owner, can tell the security program to leave CE alone.
- Do you have any other software doing what Covenant Eyes does - screenshots? filtering? If so, it might be a case of too many people trying to do the same thing. Let me encourage you to remove the other one, reboot the computer, and see how CE runs after that.

I can think of other things to check, but they are slightly more technical in nature. Again, let's start with these basics and go from there.
