Complaint regarding new blocking software

I am very disappointed with the decision to outsource the filter to clean browser. This significantly changes the product makes it much less helpful. Clean Browser is blocking a website that I go to in order to purchase cigars. Cigars are not porn. I'm not here for protection from what some people consider "vices". I'm here to filter out porn. I called customer service and was told that they submitted the website to the filter for review, but it's still blocked. Not acceptable! The website is

Furthermore, not allowing the white or blacklist options significantly devalues the product. If I would like to block social media for whatever reason, I cannot do it. That was a significant plus for me. Do you all not understand that there is a ton of porn on Twitter? Now I cannot block it on my machines. This is also not acceptable!

I've been with Covenant Eyes for well over a decade. I am seriously considering leaving for another provider!

Hi, Tim. Thanks for posting here.

We hear you loud and clear, and we're working on building the block/allow capabilities into Screen Accountability. In the meantime, you can stick with Internet Accountability until we have all the features you need in Screen Accountability. We know that Screen Accountability doesn't yet contain all the features some folks want/need. That's why we've left the option to use either open for now.

We really value this kind of critique, though, as it lights a good fire beneath us to get on developing custom Block/Allow lists quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you're looking for.

Thank you for your reply. It is very good to hear that you are working on that solution. I will switch back to internet accountability until you have added the block/add feature.

Hello! We have some exciting news to share with you that may be relevant to your interests or concerns in this thread. A Custom Block List is officially coming to Screen Accountability very soon. Once implemented, this feature will be freely available to all Screen Accountability members who have filtering. If you have any additional questions, please see the attached article for more information. Thank you for your time and patience.
