Chrome tab keeps popping up telling me that the browser extension is not installed

Chrome tab keeps popping up every 10 minutes or so telling me that the browser extension is not installed. Went to settings/extensions and everything looks fine. Also, I'm showing no activity and empty reports. I just installed on Windows 10 yesterday. Help please?

Thank you for finding the Covenant Eyes® help forum! We do appreciate your willingness to reach out for support, and I am sorry for this barrier to getting Covenant Eyes® working properly on your computer.

Sometimes with a first-time installation, situations arise involving software (or sometimes malware/adware) conflicts with the new Covenant Eyes® software. It is a challenge to know exactly what the issue is in this case based solely on the information provided, so if you would, please provide some additional information to get us started:
  1. Are you using a 3rd party (anything other than Windows Defender) antivirus software, and if so, what is it?
  2. Are you using a 3rd party firewall, and if so, what is it?
  3. Are you using any anti-spyware/adware software, and if so, what is it?
  4. Before using Covenant Eyes, have you had any other filtering or accountability software installed? If so, what was it and has it been fully removed?
  5. Also, have you attempted to sign into the software yet on your device (you should have been prompted to sign in automatically after the installation asked you to reboot your computer)?

Thanks for the call Danny. Everything seems to be working fine after I completed the reinstall. No longer disappointed.
