I didn't change my settings and I have no time limit restrictions, but when I went to the configure page it is showing a 60 minute time limit. How could that have happened? Now when I try to login I cant and I can't access the internet.
Thank you for contacting us. Are you looking at the Login/Session Timeout in the Configuration Menu for Covenant Eyes? You would access this menu by right clicking the Covenant Eyes icon and clicking Configure.
This setting determines how long Covenant Eyes will remain signed in if there is no activity. The default setting is 60 minutes. That means that if there is no activity for 60 minutes, Covenant Eyes will sign out. However, the Login/Session Timeout should not take effect if you are actively surfing.
If the Login/Session Timeout does take effect, and you are signed out of the Covenant Eyes Software, you will be able to sign back in by right clicking the Covenant Eyes icon and clicking Sign in. The Login/Session Timeout should never restrict your access to the Internet.
