CE not working properly with Cisco VPN client

Now that I have CE installed, I'm having issues using a Cisco VPN client to log into work. It seems to log in ok, but I'm not able to connect to anything. Microsoft Exchange server connection is intermittent. Even when not using VPN client, internet connection is very slow and timeouts are common.

Hi John! We have a different version of Covenant Eyes you might need to use to work with the Cisco VPN client. Please give us a call at (877.479.1119) or email us at support@covenanteyes.com and we can make sure you have the right version of Covenant Eyes on your computer.
