CE not tracking/updating phone?

We are new to CE and have it installed on multiple devices throughout my family (2 computers, 3 phones, and 4 tablets in all). Yet we have one phone (Android-Samsung Galaxy 6) that it doesn't seem to be tracking or at least updating? When I go to the reports it doesn't generate usage or URLs. I have specifically used the phone to test and then nothing? It is only this phone... (works on all others including another Galaxy 6). Am I missing something int he settings?

Have you checked the Settings/Apps/Convenant Eyes and make sure that monitoring is allowed, and also if it already is, that permissions are on?

Monitoring is on and all settings appear to be accurate. I keep getting a notification that says to turn on accessibility (which is on). It says to turn ithe off and back on. (Which I do). Then I get a notification that the app has stopped and must shut down. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Pics included.

Yup same thing happens to me, that phone must be on the beta version instead of the regular version? The others are not?

Thank you for contacting us and we apologize for the issues you've been experiencing. The accessibility message is something we've been seeing with some of our users who have our Android beta app installed.

Luckily, we have some troubleshooting steps for you to take. Please try the following steps:

1. uninstall the Covenant Eyes app
2. reboot your Android device
3. reinstall the Covenant Eyes app

We have seen success with these specific steps done in that specific order. If you are still experiencing issues after going through this process please contact our Customer Service at 877.479.1119
