CE crashes won't restart

CE crashed multiple times today and icon disappears from Windows toolbar so I can't refresh it. Do I have to restart Windows each time this happens or is there another way to restart session?

      Thank you for your post! Also, thank you for using Covenant Eyes to help achieve online accountability. I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue, I know how frustrating it can be. Unfortunately, this issue could be due to a couple of different factors, which would be difficult to troubleshoot over this forum.

     To best serve you, I would suggest calling our Customer Service team at (US) 989-720-8000. We are open M-F from 8am-11:45pm EST and Saturdays from 10am-5:45pm EST. However, if you would like to try to troubleshoot this issue yourself, I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing Covenant Eyes.
