Unfortunately, this issue could be due to a couple of different factors, which would be difficult to troubleshoot over this forum.
To best serve you, I would suggest calling our Customer Service team at (US) 989-720-8000. We are open M-F from 8am-11:45pm EST and Saturdays from 10am-5:45pm EST. However, if you would like to try to troubleshoot this issue yourself, I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing Covenant Eyes.
