CE causes loss of internet on Dell XPS 15 9560 Laptop

Worked for a while, but one day I left my computer off for a week, and then turned it back on, and CE asked me to log in again. Except it prevented me from having any sort of internet whatsoever. Ethernet, WiFi connected yet I wasn't able to access the internet at all. Tried doing a system restore, and flushing DNS Cache and none of it worked. Finally uninstalling CE fixed the problem, yet I'm not able to take advantage of my subscription w/o it on my main computer.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you have been having connection issues with our software. You should be safe to reinstall Covenant Eyes at this time. However, I would recommend that you give our Customer Service Team a call at 877-479-1119 so we can troubleshoot the issue for you in a more accurate and timely manner.

Additionally you can always Chat with us on our website. Give us a call at your convenience because we very much want you to be able to use our software without issue.
