I have downloaded the app and installed the filter on my MacBook and it works. I have been able to download it for my phone. But it doesn't seem to be filtering content. Also my wife is unable to get set up as the accountability partner
Hi Ryan, Thanks for the post! If you are using an iPhone, are you going through an application outside of the Covenant Eyes browser? If so, it will not filter content. If you're using an Android and aren't seeing content filtered, click into the Covenant Eyes application and check the version you are using. If it doesn't start with a "3", it is not capable of filtering. If that doesn't help, try giving our Customer Service a call to figure out the source of your issues. We are available 8AM-midnight EST Monday-Friday and 10AM-6PM on Saturdays at 877-479-1119. This number is also what I would suggest to get your wife set up as an Accountability Partner. If the email isn't working correctly, a Customer Service Representative can get her set up over the phone.
