For whatever reason, after upgrading my account I can't access the billing tab. A message displays that must be an administrator to access that information and I probably need to log out and log back in. The thing is I only have one account so I'm not sure what's going on or how to fix it.

The easiest solution would be to contact our Customer Service at your earliest convenience and we would be more than happy to assist you and rectify the problem. We were able to locate your account and resolve the glitch! You should be able to get to your billing now on My Account. Unless you have any further questions there's no need to contact our Customer Service!
