Cannot use internet with WWAN 4G LTE connection

When using a WWAN card inside of a laptop (Windows), Covenant Eyes fails to connect to its servers to log-in (presents a "cannot contact Covenant Eyes server, please contact support" popup) and when already logged in, does not allow any internet use (returns "<name of site> did not return any data")

Could Covenant Eyes work with WWAN? Am I doomed to only use a hotspot? Thanks

Hi Singmajesty,
    Thanks for the question! The good news is that using a WWAN card shouldn't cause the issue you're experiencing.  For troubleshooting purposes, can you answer the following questions?

What version of the Windows operating system are you using?
What version of Covenant Eyes are you using?
What antivirus software are you using?
Are you currently running any other type of filtering software (including parental controls)?
