Thanks for asking! The short answer is, no. When it comes to blocking Google Images it is an all-or-nothing deal. If Google Images is an on-going issue, you'll have to consider blocking Google, as a whole or using a different search engine.
Google's SafeSearch has improved over the last two years. That's why we try to harness it wherever Covenant Eyes® is installed. But it is controlled by Google, and sometimes their definition of "explicit" does not match our definition.
