Hi, Lovie. Great question! CE shouldn't be blocking you (as the administrator) from getting to the sites you'd like to visit. Without seeing the way your specific account is set up, I'm just guessing. However, we've seen enough scenarios like yours to hazard a pretty good guess.
You might find that calling customer support (877.479.1119) is the fastest way to get this ironed out and make sure you're all set. If you'd rather not, though, I'll give you a couple of steps to try.
#1 Make sure you're signed in to CE as you. In other words, you should have your own CE username that only has accountability--not filtering. If you're accidentally signed into the software as one of your children, you'll be bound by their settings.
#2 Make sure that your CE username only has accountability (not filtering). That way, you'll not be blocked from going anywhere.
