I have been sent an email to reset a password I need for work. The email has a link to click to process the reset and Covenant Eyes is blocking that site. Extremely frustrating there is not a "white list" for this type of thing! Can anyone tell me how to get around this aggravating problem?
I apologize for the frustration, most work sites should never be blocked.
I don't know if the issue happened on a computer or a mobile device, or both. If it was a computer, I would want to know if there is another blocker/filter on the computer. I have seen cases of a computer having two or more blockers, and, rather than helping you, they end up fighting each other and making each one less effective.
If the issue occurred on a mobile device, I'd ask you if it was an iPhone®/iPad®. There are some apps/program (and maybe the password program for your work site) that are programmed to connect to the Safari app. If you disabled Safari when you installed Covenant Eyes®, you could turn it back on for this situation and get the password reset.
