Blocked times

Although the "blocked times" option didn't work particularly well on my teen's MacBook, it did still help, and I'm keen to retain the service.  Disappointed, therefore, to read that this has been dropped in the new "screen accountability" service.  Can you please reinstate it, and make it better?

Hello Steve,
Thank you for posting! We're always trying to make Screen Accountability a more feature-rich service. However, Screen Accountability doesn't directly intersect with a user's internet connection, like Internet Accountability. For this reason, the Blocked Times feature was unable to be transferred to Screen Accountability. So you have a few options:

1. Use Apple's Screen Time Controls to Set Time Limits
Apple's latest update for Mac, OS X Catalina 10.15, introduced new and improved parental controls. These parental controls are called Screen Time. Screen Time has many options, but you are able to set time limits for apps and websites. Screen Time is also available for Apple iPhones/iPads.

2. Switch Back to Internet Accountability

If you signed up with Covenant Eyes prior to March 5th, 2019, then you can switch back to Internet Accountability. You can do so by calling Customer Support (877.479.1119) or logging into My Account on our website with the Account Administrator's username and password.

I hope this helps,

Syd
