Block twitter using filter

I have the filter software installed and I've put twitter (http://twitter.com and https://twitter.com) in my blacklist as well as youtube and both of them seem to still be accessible.  Twitter directly by entering it into the address bar and youtube once I'm linked there from an embedded video (usually from Twitter), I can navigate around without trouble.  Why wouldn't the filter be filtering these sites?

What version of Covenant Eyes do you have installed on your device? Sometimes if you have an older version of the software the filter does not like sites that are secure (https)

Otherwise when you put twitter into your block list did you remember to refresh your filter? This can be done by right clicking on the Covenant Eyes icon or by Restarting your computer.

Lemme know if this helps at all

Okay. You will need to upgrade to a newer version of the software to block twitter. The version that is on your computer does not support HTTPS blocking in the filter (part of the reason it is no longer available for download)

You will need to get an uninstall code from covenanteyes.com/myaccount and then go and download one of our newer windows versions

Once completed this should take care of the problem for you
