While I don't like seeing a crash, of any sort, and I want to help fix this one, I can't tell exactly what's going on based solely on the information above. To get this cleared up as fast as possible, call (989.720.8000) or chat our Customer Support team. 

If you want to continue here, please answer the following questions:

1 - I can only assume that things were running fine before this happened. Do you know what changed? Was a new program installed? Did an upgrade happen?
2 - Are you still able to get online?

3 - Does your computer have an antivirus program?
4 - If so, do you know if it's configured so that it doesn't look at Covenant Eyes as an intruder?
5 - For more details on configuring an antivirus, check out this article: http://www.covenanteyes.com/support-articles/does-covenant-eyes-conflict-with-other-programs/

6 - If you don't have an antivirus program, run the free version of Malwarebytes just to check on your computer.
7 - If you recently upgraded Covenant Eyes, it's possible that something goofed up in the upgrade process. An easy self-service step would be to uninstall/reinstall.

My gut says that the crash is likely a combination of factors, but let's dig in and figure this out. Again, if you need a speedy resolution, use call or chat.

I get instances of this and other CE modules crashing nearly everyday.  As a matter of fact, I just had to reboot my computer because it crashed with two different event names and decided that the wifi shouldn't work.  

I may have to turn off CE until we're out of Shelter-in-Place and I'm back in the office with a hard connection.  During this time of being home 24/7, I have to have a reliable connection to be able to do my job.  :)

There a several things that could potentially cause Covenant Eyes® to crash (antivirus, malware, bad Covenant Eyes® update). One of our team members can remote into your computer to figure out what’s causing this crash and get things back up and running for you. Thank you.  Unfortunately the laptop has been shipped off to have the motherboard replaced for an unrelated issue.  I will call support in a couple of weeks once it's returned.
