Apple App Store - Can't Login when Covenant Eyes Installed

I'm not able to login to the Apple App Store on my computer with Covenant Eyes installed. I talked to Apple Support and they recommended uninstalling the software and then testing.

I did that and was able to login fine.

This hasn't always been a problem but started a few months ago.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting. The quickest way to get our full assistance is to call the Customer Service team at 877-479-1119. They'll be able to diagnosis your particular scenario and provide a solution.

If you want to try some things on your own, I'd start by running a malware scanner before reinstalling CE 7.2.47. Also, if you have an anti-virus program, then make sure it's set to allow CE to run. Even if you've had it and CE together on your device for awhile, sometimes things change and that needs to be checked.

We try to quickly respond to posts here, but it just doesn't always work out that way. If posting here works better for you than calling in, then feel free to post some details about your situation - Mac or PC? recent OS updates? anti-virus program? using CE filter?

I have a Mac. Run iOS MAC OS Sierra version 10.12.6

When I go to the App Store, I get this:

Got it fixed. It had to do with the setting. It was on Youth and the guy I talked with had the filter guardian update it to a different setting. Now it's working great.
