Good morning, Mark. From your description, I am guessing you (or someone) changed settings for what app ratings are allowed on the device. If you go to Settings:General:Restrictions then scroll down to the "Allowed Content" section, you'll see "Apps". If you switch that to "All" I am guessing you'll see the CE browser reappear on the device.
Apple has dictated that any browser be rated 17+, so CE bears that rating. We wish that we weren't labeled 17+, but unfortunately, restricting apps on the device to a level below that will result in the disappearance of your CE app. Please let us know if this resolved the issue for you, will you?
