App no longer working after update.

CE has stopping working on my phone since the last update to version
I have android 9 and program says its running and all appears fine from the phone but no logs are being recorded on reports.

I really need this software working asap so any help is appreciated.

Hello Shaun Turner,
   Thanks for reaching out! Android upgrade Pie (9.0) has only been released to a select group of manufacturers. That being said, we have limited knowledge of this upgrade. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Exclude the Covenant Eyes app from Power Saving Mode
2. Remove any VPN apps, other than Covenant Eyes
3. Remove any screen tinting apps (i.e Blue Light Filter, Twilight, F.lux)
4. Uninstall the Covenant Eyes app, and re-install from the Play Store
