App Lock prompt opens for Apps that don't have App Lock

Yesterday, my phone all of a sudden started prompting me to enter my App Lock password for apps that don't have App Lock turned on.  It's prompting me for pretty much every app (including the Covenant Eyes app).  Was there an update to the CE app or Android that I'm unaware of that caused this issue.
Additionally, when I restart my phone when it boots back up to my home screen, there's text that pops up that says "the program is out of order and is about to exit."  I'm not sure whether or not this is unrelated.  I don't remember that being there before.
Thoughts?

I'm having the same issue.  I'm self employed and can't use my phone right now.  That's a major problem.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, before being released this strange scenario did not occur in any of our testing. So honestly, we're surprised by it too. But it has our full attention.

So far, the fix is to simply uninstall and reinstall.

Other members have had to:

- Open the Covenant Eyes® app,
- Enter their 4-digit PIN, aka App Lock code,
- AND select 'Permanent Override'.
- Then they have been able to uninstall/reinstall.

If that is unsuccessful, then please call us at 877-479-1119 for additional help.
