Unfortunately, the app saves the password for App Lock, which I have let me enter by another person. This allows me to simply change the app Lock settings again. See the attached screenshot. What can I do?
It looks like you're running into an issue as a result of Google's Autofill service that is native on anything running Android 8 and higher. Thankfully, I think there's a solution for you--namely, disabling Autofill.
To do that:
Swipe down on the notification shade from the home screen.
Select the 'Settings' icon (looks like a cog.)
Scroll down to and tap on 'System.'
Tap on 'Languages & input.'
Expand the 'Advanced' menu by tapping on it.
Select 'Autofill service.'
Once that's done, you'll need your Accountability Partner to change the App Lock code. I think that should get you squared away.
