App keeps popping over any screen, claims there is no internet connection(, Samsung Galaxy Note 9)

As a long-time user of CE, I know better than to immediately update to the newest version because of issues like this.  This is why I refuse updates until they are forced.

Can you guys please make your mobile versions even 1/4 as good as your desktop versions?

It's not very "christian" to keep taking our money when the service doesn't work correctly for MONTHS at a time (DNS/Domain version which false flagged everything for 5 months, anyone???)

You can ignore me/make canned responses/excuses all you want, but defrauding people while you profit is not only not very "christian", but downright illegal.

I had the issue yesterday.  I think the service was not working properly from their end.

We did have a replication issue on Friday, 4/19/19. It resulted in connectivity issues for some members, including one of my co-workers. It lasted about two hours and was resolved. This is most likely what happened, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you're still experiencing a connection issue, there is something else going on. It might be as simple as checking the Power Saver settings to make sure CE is allowed to run when the battery gets low. But for full troubleshooting, that's much faster than using this forum, I'll encourage you to call Customer Support at 877-479-1119.
