Android app Used.

The report I receive, mentions that the Android app was used but it does not give me the apps that were accessed. Is this it or do I need to search for a setting to show me what apps were used?

Thank you for your question. The report will show that the Android System app is used (simply put, it is the base app that Android runs on), and this shows that the device was operational and communicated with our servers, but that no additional information was recorded.

If that is the only activity you see on the report, I would encourage you to restart the device and see if that helps with the issue.

Recently, we sent out this email to Android users:

"At Covenant Eyes, we work hard at keeping our software ahead of the flow of technology changes. When we run into a problem that affects many of our members, we want to let you know.

Due to recent changes to the AndroidTM operating system, users might notice periodic gaps in device coverage, which can often be remedied by restarting the device.

We are currently testing a solution. We will let you know as soon as it's ready.
