amazon account

After loading CE v5.0.4.280 under windows 8.1 I cannot access my amazon account.  I can load the web site but when I click in "my account" I get a "page cannot be displayed" screen and it looks like CE blocks the site at the same time.  This site is not listed under my blocked list in CE.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  thanks.

Hey Steve,

What is your filter sensitivity level set to? The newer version of the filter is much better at reading and blocking sites that contain HTTPS encryption, so it is possible that it is simply being blocked as a byproduct of the filter trying to do it's job.

I think Amazon defaults to a T level for logging in and using your personal account information (not 100% sure about this tho). If you set your Filter to T or MT and then reboot your machine you may have success.

Worse case scenario you could also try adding Amazon.com to your allow list on CovenantEyes.com/MyAccount
