So I deleted a file in the covenant eyes folder by accident, I didn't realise that CE stood for covenant eyes and tried to delete it to make space on my PC, anyway, now the program won't start properly, I no longer have access to the internet because covenant eyes is blocking it which means that I can't reinstall it because you need the internet to do so. I am at a loss, I have no idea what to do and it is making my computer useless. I tried to restore the files from the trash but it came up with an error message saying that the file size is too large for the destination folder which isn't correct. I am about ready to punch a wall it is so frustrating.

Cody,

You have two options: 1) call the Customer Service team at 877-479-1119 (Int'l 989-720-8000). Any member of the team will be able to help you. 2) I can't promise that this one will work but, on another computer, you could download the CE program to a flash/thumb/portable drive and reinstall the missing file, or the whole program, on the device in question.

Our team takes calls Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM (EST) - 11:45 PM (EST) and Saturday, 10:00 AM (EST) - 5:45 PM (EST).

Robert
