What you're seeing is due to factors beyond our control. I've experimented with my own account to see how fast visited websites will end up in the detailed browsing log. Sometimes a site will appear in the log within minutes of visiting it, but at other times a site will not appear there for several hours.
Another option for checking on activity is to look at the CE information on the device. Each operating system (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS) uses different language, but, in the CE menu/app, you can see the URL activity on that device.
